Role Summary

The Product Management Specialist will be part of the products focused, and customer facing, teams; and would be responsible for supporting the market research, mapping requirements to products roadmaps, and distinguishing between productised features and custom requisites for specific customer/industry.

He/she will engage with customers, and the technology/operations teams, to refine/articulate the requirements, and support documentations, for making it easier for the development teams to develop, and for customers to feel assured of the alignments.
