Senior Manager (Sales/Customer Acquisition)
Role Summary
The role aims to accelerate business growth and increasing new revenues, identifying and developing new business opportunities, exploring market potential with limited resources, aligning products to marketplace requisites, and meeting the changing needs of stakeholders; and focuses on expanding the visibility of the company and its brands.
This will be accomplished by understanding the customer journey, from generating leads, to prospecting, proposing, and guiding clients on to right options, for a successful customer acquisition; followed by analysing key performance indicators.
This role also requires strong leadership skills to mentor and nurture a team of sales specialists while fostering a high-performance sales culture.
