Analyst (Systems Management & Continual Improvement)

About the role:
The Analyst role will be a change maker to support various aspects of our systems (QMS, ISMS, and Continual Improvements) to increase the standardization and effectiveness of our operations; with direct responsibilities in areas of implementation, and monitoring, of Systems and continual improvements, and to accelerate technology adaptions in quality management, associated reporting analytics; overall increasing organizational effectiveness. Key Role Responsibilities:
- Facilitate QMS, ISMS, and Continual Improvements, projects and processes, for ISO 9001 ISO 27001 Audits, Coordination, Management & Implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification requisites. Follow-up and provide assistance for the closure of internal/surveillance audit findings.
- Follow up and assist for the closure of customer audit or regulatory body audit or certification audit like PCI DSS audit, SOC2 audit etc.
- Support various Process Teams in understanding and implementing Internal Quality Tools and Techniques, and catalyze continual improvements for various processes and workflows, work standardization initiatives; and for improvements and evolution of quality systems in the Organization
- Support Coordination, Preparation and Release of monthly/Quarterly audit plans, and for preparing monthly risk reports and present it to Sr. Leadership. Also be preparing and publishing weekly/monthly dashboards, and support in preparing metrics in Quality Review Meeting (QRM) / Senior Management Review (SMR), as conducted for internal Quality Assurance (IQA) & Information Security Audits for management systems requirements Support in Conduct organization wide training on QMS, ISMS, Risk Management, and Information Security compliance requirements. & Support documentation of Internal Process, Manual, Policy updates as required for Quality Systems, in alignment to ISO requisites.
- Support in review of agreements with customers, vendors as per the management systems requirements.
- Responsible for vendor management process like Vendor onboarding audit and periodic auditAnalyst (SMCI)
- Actively participate in the audit management process, preparation of audit documentation to increase its quality,
- Participate in assessment of organization’s compliance with approved security measures in Statement of Applicability, and support preparation and distribution of the audit reports.
- Support in Leverage systems and technology, to enhance institutionalization of various Quality Systems for process standardizations, ease of implementation, and monitoring, Reports and Analytics tools, etc.
- Accelerate systemization of Quality Systems guidelines, templates, and processes, maintain reports repositories, and evolve indexing process for rapid retrievals, and audit for consistency, completeness, and correctness
- Drive Process Automations initiatives, and can utilize MS Office related automation and macro writing possibilities, to templatize and make day to day works more efficient, so that it takes less time to prepare reports and there more time for analysis; and institutionalize Agile and Lean practices and techniques
- Support to Collate suggestions for improvements, and conduct periodic surveys and retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities in the quality systems workflows and drive continual improvements
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), for significant or chronic deviations issues, to determine most significant root causes, and determine corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA); & follow-through for implementation of CAPA and post improvements impacts/benefits analysis
General Requirements:
- Graduates in any stream with demonstrable tech savviness; and an exhibited interest in information security, quality/operations management and change management.
- Typically, 2 to 3 years relevant experience in QMS (ISO 9001), ISMS (ISO 27001) operations management, change management, etc., preferred
- Good understanding of people motivators, personality types, behavioral aspects
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail; and the ability to work effectively and manage a varied workload and prioritizes with a high sense of urgency
- Understanding of Lean and quality tools for process improvements, statistical concepts and analysis, is preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across the organization with various teams, and management; along with high attention to detail
- Must have Strong MS – Office skills, along with data mining, data analytics, and graphical visualization abilities
- Tech-Savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office automations (e.g., excel macros etc.); ability to maintain the highest level of discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn, develop and grow with the business; is contributions oriented; and flexible and willing to work off-hours when required to meet deadlines
- Team player willing to pivot quickly with a nimbleness; and have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical members of the organization
- Knowledge of IT Network infrastructure and Cyber Security will be a added advantageAnalyst (SMCI)
