Project Management Specialist
Role Summary:
‘Project Management Specialist’ is to be an organized, detail-oriented individual managing software projects from start to finish, designing action plans to increase productivity, manage project costs, and keep projects on schedule for completion; managing and motivating software developers, other team members, and engaging with customers, to keep project goals coordinated and to get projects completed; and ultimately answers to management/PMO function.
General Requirements:
IT Project Management, Project Coordination, Project Documentation, Project Estimation, Agile Methodology, SDLC, PMP Certified, Scrum, Strong communication skills, including problem solving, analytics, presentation and inter-personal skills
Special Requirements:
Apart from technical/functional skills, we need to review from the perspective of presence, demeanor, and zeal for continual improvements, to be able to manage a crossfunctional team, and manage stakeholders effectively. Good Communication Skills is a role pre-requisite. SDLC knowledge/experience is mandatory. Banking/Fintech experience is preferrable (Knowledge of NPCI products like UPI, IMPS, BBPS, AEPS, etc)
